UCM Global Talent is seeking a sharp, organised Content & Operations Assistant to join the Monago Family content team. You will help plan content, research ideas, organise production schedules and prepare briefs, moving content efficiently from planning to publication.

In this fully remote role based in the Philippines, you will collaborate with the content lead and a video editor, turning creative direction into practical plans, while owning planning and coordination tasks and delivering

Qualificações

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong research skills and ability to translate information into practical recommendations.
• Proactive, takes initiative and works independently.

Responsabilidades

• Researching and recommending content ideas, themes, formats and opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining a forward-looking content plan and production calendar.
• Planning ahead for filming, editing, reviews and publication deadlines.
• Identifying filming requirements, key moments, references and preparation for upcoming content.
• Reviewing raw footage and preparing clear briefs for video editors.
• Researching trends to identify insights and recommendations.
• Supporting video titles, descriptions, thumbnail concepts and publication materials.
• Coordinating with editors, tracking progress and ensuring briefs are followed.
• Organising content files, tasks, feedback, priorities and deadlines.
• Providing proactive updates and flagging delays with next steps.
• Applying feedback to improve content workflows.
