You will manage video workflows, coordinate editors and freelancers, maintain a clean archive, and guide AI-assisted content creation while upholding brand voice and accuracy.

The role covers YouTube hosting, performance reporting, quality control, and post-campaign client reporting in a fast-growing global B2B media team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in client and team administration and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Upload, allocate and track videos through editing, review and publication.
• Brief and coordinate editors, freelancers and junior team members.
• Maintain an organised video archive with consistent naming conventions, tagging and version control.
• Identify and implement improvements to production workflows and tools.
• Use AI tools to draft titles, descriptions and promotional copy.
