- Content Planning, Research & Production Coordination
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, organised and proactive Content & Operations Assistan to join our content team supporting the Monago Family, a family, travel and lifestyle content brand.
You will help plan upcoming content, research ideas, organise production schedules, prepare video editor briefs and keep content moving efficiently from planning through to publication.
Working directly with the content lead and alongside a video editor, you will turn creative direction into practical plans, anticipate what needs preparing and coordinate the next steps.
This is a hands-on role combining content planning, research, organisation and execution. We are looking for someone who can think ahead, take ownership and deliver quality work without constant prompting.
What You'll Be Doing

- Developing and maintaining a forward-looking content plan and production calendar
- Planning ahead for filming, editing, reviews and publication deadlines
- Identifying filming requirements, key moments, references and preparation needed for upcoming content
- Reviewing raw footage and preparing clear, actionable briefs for video editors
- Researching relevant videos, trends and content performance to identify useful insights and recommendations
- Supporting video titles, descriptions, thumbnail concepts and publication materials
- Coordinating with editors, tracking progress and checking work against agreed briefs
- Organising content files, tasks, feedback, priorities and deadlines
- Providing proactive updates, identifying potential delays and recommending next steps
- Applying feedback and improving content workflows over time
You will be expected to take ownership of the planning and coordination process, ensuring content is prepared ahead of schedule rather than waiting for instructions on every task.

- Is highly organised and can manage several priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrates strong research skills and the ability to turn information into practical recommendations

- Understands instructions quickly, asks thoughtful questions and learns without repeated explanations
- Responds positively to feedback and applies improvements consistently
- Has a genuine interest in YouTube, digital content and family, travel or lifestyle content
- Is reliable, resourceful and interested in growing with the brand long-term
