You will oversee the successful delivery of complex contact centre projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget execution and adherence to high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contact centre or project management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
• Detailed project plans, tracking progress, and adapting to changing requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiar with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with contact centre operations and industry best practices.
• Degree in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of contact centre projects, including planning, implementation, and closure
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and proactively addressing any issues or risks
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and ensure seamless execution
• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions
• Provide effective leadership and mentorship to project team members
• Ensure all projects adhere to Teleperformance's quality, compliance, and operational standards
