Job summary

WES Construction is seeking a full-time, remote Construction Project Coordinator focused on scheduling across multiple active projects. You will develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules from bidding through closeout, with weekly reviews and regular updates to reflect field progress.

The role emphasizes schedule accuracy, coordination with estimators and project managers, and maintaining look-ahead plans and reports during a Pacific Time workday.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining construction schedules.
• Understanding sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and constraints.
• Experience updating schedules from field progress.
• Ability to manage schedules for multiple active projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and bid documents to understand sequencing and schedule requirements.
• Prepare preliminary schedules during bidding and identify overall duration.
• Develop detailed baseline schedules for awarded projects.
• Maintain current schedules for multiple projects at different stages.
• Meet weekly with PM and Superintendent to review progress and revisions.
• Update schedules weekly with information from PMs and Superintendents.
• Coordinate subcontractor sequencing, procurement, inspections, and access requirements.
• Prepare concise schedule reports for internal and external meetings.
• Maintain schedule visibility through punch-list and closeout.
• Record schedule assumptions, revisions, milestones, and impacts.
