Virtual Construction Assistants is seeking a skilled Construction Recruiter to own the hiring pipeline for skilled trades and commercial construction professionals. This is a standalone, remote role supporting both active hires and long-term talent pipeline development.

You will conduct screenings, headhunt candidates across major platforms, coordinate with agencies, and help craft engaging outreach and marketing content to attract qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for US-based roles.
• Construction industry recruitment experience preferred.
• Proficient across multiple sourcing platforms.
