Hunt St is seeking a Philippines-based Project Coordinator to support residential and commercial construction projects for a Perth-based client. This independent contractor role aligns with AU business hours (9am–5pm) and offers full remote work from home.

Your duties include coordinating subcontractors, managing project documentation, assisting with contract administration, and maintaining client communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar construction administration role.
• Experience working within the residential or commercial construction industry.
• Strong project coordination skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously and monitor milestones.
• Assist Project Managers with daily coordination activities.
• Maintain current project documentation and meetings minutes.
• Prepare construction contracts and variations; manage contract registers.
• Coordinate subcontractor packages and trade sequencing.
• Prepare and evaluate RFQs and supplier quotations.
• Support procurement and project programmes; ensure permits and approvals.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders; provide regular updates.
