The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Buildertrend, and excellent English communication skills. This role includes flexibility in managing your own time while aligning with Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a construction scheduling or related role.
• Proven experience in residential construction scheduling, preferably in WA market.
• Ability to read and perform takeoffs from building plans.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain construction schedules across approximately 15 residential projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure schedules are met.
• Manage documentation and progress tracking across projects.
