Scale-X Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support scheduling, administration, and procurement for a new construction project in a remote Philippines role.

The candidate will develop, maintain, and update construction schedules using Microsoft Project, coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers, and produce progress reports to keep the program on track and within budget.

Formación

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in construction, engineering, or contracting company.
• Practical experience using Microsoft Project to develop and manage construction schedules.
• Understanding of construction activities, project sequencing, and timelines.
• Familiarity with Gantt charts, critical path scheduling, and project milestones.
• Knowledge of construction documentation, BOQs, quotations, and procurement processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Construction Scheduling and Project Planning: break down project, establish timelines, dependencies, durations, sequencing, critical paths, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress, update schedules, prepare schedules and reports.
