Job summary

Remote Talent is seeking a Construction Estimator VA to manage end-to-end estimating for residential projects. You will review drawings, perform takeoffs, price variations, and prepare client-ready quotes under the Business Owner’s supervision.

This role is remote, Philippines-based, part-time (20 hours/week), and includes training on Tradeify. You will also support cost tracking and supplier pricing while maintaining estimates and templates.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building and residential construction estimating.
• Ability to review architectural/construction drawings and define scope.
• Experience producing client-facing quotes and proposals.
• Familiarity with cost references, square metre costing, and variations.
• Experience managing supplier and subcontractor pricing.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings to define project scope and identify included/excluded works.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare bills of quantities with pricing.
• Prepare client quotes and proposals; follow up on supplier quotes.
• Update estimates, templates, and cost references; support scheduling as time permits.
