STAFFHERO INC seeks a Construction Estimator/Admin to support Australian operations from the Philippines. The role focuses on cost estimation from plans, M2-rate estimating, and construction programming, while coordinating projects with clients and trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Estimator/Admin in Australian construction, building, or shopfitting.
• Strong ability to read/interpret plans and drawings.
• Experience estimating with M2 rates and drawing up construction programs.
• Proven ability to run and coordinate projects with client communication.
• Excellent English communication and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans to produce accurate cost estimates.
• Estimate project costs using M2 rates when provided.
• Draw up construction programs with trade dates and handover schedules.
• Coordinate and run projects, maintaining client alignment on scope and estimates.
• liaise with project managers, trades, landlords, and contractors throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive pre-start requirements including site inductions.
• Maintain accurate estimating records across Excel and systems.
• Track timelines against programs and flag scheduling risks.
