Job summary

CB Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Estimator / Pre-construction Coordinator to support estimating, project setup, pre-construction coordination, and light design and permit drafting—primarily for residential projects. This remote role offers flexibility while requiring strong plan-reading and coordination with ownership and operations leadership.

You will review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and help prepare permit-ready documentation for small Seattle-area projects.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating residential construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Drafting capabilities in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Familiarity with permit submittal requirements.
