Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Build detailed cost estimates for various types of projects.
• Manage subcontractor bid packages in Procore.
