Qualifications

• 3–5 years in construction, engineering, project engineering, or assistant project management.
• Hands-on experience performing construction takeoffs.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings and analyzing project costs.
• Familiarity with construction project stages and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction takeoffs primarily for Multi-Family (For Rent) and Single-Family Residential (For Sale) projects.
• Review drawings and itemize plan revisions and delta changes between drawing sets.
• Analyze project costs by comparing completed job costs against takeoff quantities.
• Track unit counts and assist with weekly job cost forecasting.
• Support weekly job costing meetings and project progression through production stages.
