Job summary

INTELEGENCIA BPO LLC CORP. seeks a detail-oriented Pre-Construction Estimator & Takeoff Specialist to support project bidding activities through accurate quantity takeoffs, plan interpretation, and cost analysis.

This role requires strong technical knowledge and collaboration with international project teams. You will interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and civil drawings, prepare detailed estimates, and assist senior estimators in evaluating project requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, MEP, and civil drawings.
• Review and interpret complex construction documents, including plans, specifications, addenda, and bid instructions.
• Support bid teams by preparing detailed quantity estimates and organized scope breakdowns.
• Analyze construction assemblies, material classifications, and unit pricing across multiple trades.
• Assist in bid preparation, leveling, and proposal development within tight timelines.
• Apply production rate analysis and crew-based cost modeling for estimates.
• Manage bid alternates and assist senior estimators.
• Utilize digital takeoff and estimating tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in collaborative plan reviews and bid discussions using digital platforms.
• Adapt to new estimating technologies, including AI-assisted takeoff tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, MEP, and civil drawings.

• Analyze construction assemblies, material classifications, and unit pricing methodologies across multiple trade disciplines.

• Assist in bid preparation, leveling, and proposal development within required turnaround timelines.
