Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced policy analysts to train AI on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs for policy briefing memos, interagency coordination, and grant compliance narratives.

• 5+ years working within government agencies or public administration, with direct ownership of policy briefing memos and grant compliance packages.
• Strong command of public-sector writing conventions and rulemaking public comment procedure.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: policy briefing memos for agency leadership, interagency coordination and program status reports, grant compliance packages and reporting narratives.
• Provide high-quality policy analysis and ensure consistency with public administration standards.
