Job summary

Boomering Inc. is hiring a Commercial Property Administrator to support sales administration and property management from a Work From Home setup in the Philippines.

You will handle leasing documentation, onboarding of new properties, listings management on Realcommercial.com.au and CRE, plus marketing support using Canva, Mailchimp, and other tools. You will coordinate client communications, inspections, and lead follow-ups while maintaining accuracy in contracts, reconciliations, and property

Qualifications

• Solid background in commercial property management and sales administration
• Experience with Realworks and Re-leased software is mandatory
• Strong understanding of commercial property documentation and tenancy processes
• Proficiency in listing management on Realcommercial.com.au and CRE platforms
• Attention to detail in contracts, reconciliations, and documentation
• Excellent written communication and client/stakeholder interaction
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Form 6 agreements (Management, Sales, Leasing) using Realworks.
• Draft and manage Commercial Contracts and Tenancy Agreements.
• Manage commercial property documentation including leases, certificates, and related forms.
• Onboard new property managements and perform bank reconciliations.
• Enter and manage property-related expenses (rates, utilities).
• Upload and maintain property listings across RC and CRE platforms.
• Coordinate client communications, appointments, and inspections; respond to inquiries.
• Create marketing collateral (Canva) and digital assets.
• Manage social media inquiries and ads via Meta Business Suite and similar tools.
• Coordinate vendor-funded marketing campaigns and reporting.
• Prepare IMs, brochures, CMA presentations; ensure brand-aligned assets.
• Encode data into Mailchimp and Beevo; maintain data quality.
