Boomering inc is seeking a Commercial Property Administrator for a remote role based in the Philippines. The candidate will handle property management, leasing, sales administration, and marketing support using Realworks, Re-leased, and CRE platforms.

This position requires strong knowledge of commercial property documentation, online listings management, and excellent client communication. The role supports a dynamic team with duties spanning contracts, reconciliations, and digital marketing

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial real estate administration.
• Mandatory experience with Realworks and Re-leased.
• Strong understanding of commercial property documentation, forms, contracts, and tenancy/legal processes.
• Proficiency in managing online listings, especially through Realcommercial.com.au/CRE.
• High attention to detail in contracts, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Excellent written communication and professional client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Form 6 agreements (Management, Sales, Leasing).
• Draft and manage Commercial Contracts and Commercial Tenancy Agreements.
• Prepare and manage tenancy contracts, sales contracts and related documents.
• Onboard new commercial property managements; reconcile bank accounts and manage expenses.
• Upload, update and maintain property listings across RC/CRE platforms.
• Coordinate client communications, appointments, inspections, and respond to enquiries.
• Encode data into Mailchimp and Beevo; support marketing activities.
• Create and update marketing assets using Canva or similar tools.
