Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience estimating U.S. commercial projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent construction estimating experience preferred.
• Experience estimating mechanical insulation preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Estimate mechanical insulation (MEP trades) and support additional scopes such as below-grade waterproofing and metal framing/drywall.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Prepare bid packages, RFIs, submittals, and estimating documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors during the estimating process.
• Utilize company estimating software and workflows to produce accurate bids.
• Maintain organized project documentation and meet estimating deadlines.
