Job summary

Agent is seeking a Remote Construction Estimator for fire protection systems. The role involves preparing takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial fire protection and sprinkler systems, reviewing plans, and managing the bidding process from identification to submission.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely bids and maintain a healthy project pipeline. Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in estimating fire protection systems, experience with US-based projects, and strong English

Qualifications

5–8+ years estimating fire protection, fire suppression, or fire sprinkler systems.
Experience estimating U.S.-based commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of fire protection plans, specs, and standards.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial fire protection and fire sprinkler systems.
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Manage the complete bidding process from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
Submit competitive bids to maintain a consistent project pipeline.
Work within established estimating processes and workflows.

Track multiple bid opportunities while meeting deadlines.
