Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, and cost analysis.
• Proficient in the CSI MasterFormat.
• Skilled in preparing detailed quantity and material takeoffs.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience with digital takeoff and bid management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for various projects.
• Ensure success and profitability of client projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors during preconstruction phases.
• Manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
