Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Collections - Supervisor for a remote night-shift role. You will oversee daily portfolio coverage, assign queues, and supervise analysts to optimize cash conversion while maintaining SOX compliance.

Lead coaching, manage performance, handle escalations, partner with Cash Applications and Billing, and implement process improvements. Requires 3–5+ years in commercial B2B collections with leadership and strong ERP/Excel skills.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of progressive experience in commercial B2B collections or accounts receivable
1–2 years in a lead, supervisory, or senior capacity
Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and aging reduction
Proven leadership, onboarding, and coaching capability
Advanced ERP and MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

Responsibilities

Daily Operational Supervision: oversee portfolio coverage, monitor collector activity, assign queues, prioritize workflows by risk and aging
Team Coaching & Performance Management: provide feedback, coaching, and evaluations; lead onboarding and training
Escalation & Complex Dispute Resolution: assist with high-value, delinquent, or high-risk accounts
Cross-Functional Partnering: collaborate with Cash Applications and Billing to clear unapplied cash and resolve errors
Policy Compliance & Quality Control: enforce SOX-compliant documentation and policies
Reporting & Process Improvement: review aging trends and propose workflow improvements to accelerate cash conversion
