MicroSourcing is seeking a Cash Application Analyst I to join our remote, night-shift team. You will manage accounts receivable portfolios, contact customers via phone, email, and portals to collect outstanding balances, and collaborate with billing to resolve discrepancies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or finance/accounting studies, proficiency in Excel, and strong communication skills. Experience with ERP systems is a plus; you will document all interactions and follow credit

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; finance/accounting degree preferred.
• Professional verbal and written English skills with polite, effective tone.
• Basic double-entry accounting knowledge: debits, credits, aging.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn ERP systems.
• Strong organization to manage daily queues and records.

Aufgaben

• Perform timely outreach to collect outstanding balances on AR portfolios.
• Investigate past-due balances and resolve routine billing discrepancies.
• Log all customer communications and promise-to-pay dates in ERP.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications & Billing to verify unapplied payments.
• Escalate high-risk or complex balances per company policies.
