Job summary

Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to deliver infrastructure, cloud, and transformation projects from planning through completion.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and client expectations, applying lean and agile practices in a MSP setting. Working with clients, engineers, consultants, and vendors, you translate business and technical requirements into clear project plans and monitor progress, addressing issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile.
• Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Presales support and advise sales on technical delivery requirements and risks.
• Review proposed solutions for feasibility and client alignment.
• Plan and schedule client projects, ensuring resource availability and deadlines.
• Lead technical delivery lifecycle with internal teams and external partners to meet scope and budget.
• Provide regular status updates and manage changes and risks using Lean/Agile methods.
