Job summary

Fulcrum Digital seeks a Solution Architect to own the technical direction of a high-volume, low-latency system as it expands Mexico City. You will collaborate with client engineering leadership and guide a growing local team of developers.

Qualifications

5–7+ years hands-on Java experience.
5–7+ years with Oracle databases.
Proven experience with high-volume, low-latency systems.
Strong understanding of data consistency challenges in distributed/high-throughput environments.
Experience leading developers technically (architecture, code reviews, mentorship) — people management not required.
Strong, stable tenure history with long-term impact.

Responsibilities
