• Coordinate handoffs between Creative, Media, and Success teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Monitor project milestones and task completion across departments.
• Document updates in Airtable or Asana.
• Prepare project summaries for leadership review.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve cross‑department efficiency.
• Assist in onboarding and rollout of new initiatives and ensuring consistent execution.
