Job summary

RunRemote is seeking a Client Success and Fulfilment Coordinator for a Canada-based creator marketing company. This 100% remote, full-time role reports to Canadian hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

You will own post-sale fulfilment, coordinate briefs, manage creator communications, and ensure campaigns meet timelines and quality standards. You’ll liaise with clients, creators and internal teams, track progress, and push for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in client success, account coordination or similar role.
• Experience with creators, influencer marketing or digital marketing is valued.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the post-sale fulfilment process from briefing to campaign completion.
• Join client briefing calls and translate into clear briefs for creators.
• Coordinate between clients, creators and internal teams across campaign stages.
• Manage script approvals, timelines and SLAs with creators and clients.
• Track submissions, approvals, edits and publishing schedules.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with teams to keep campaigns moving.
