Job summary

LTV Approach, a CMO-led brand and performance partner, is hiring a Client Account Manager in a fully remote capacity. You will manage a portfolio of client brands, coordinating across strategy, marketing, retention, and operations to ensure timely, on-budget growth initiatives.

This role rewards structured follow-through, clear next steps, and proactive problem-solving, with opportunities to collaborate closely with leadership and the Fractional CMO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable steps and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead client check-ins and serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of accounts.
• Track deliverables, update project plans, and drive initiatives across teams.
• Translate leadership recommendations into clear next steps for clients and partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and retention metrics; prepare concise status reports.
• Flag risks and opportunities early and help the team mitigate them.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and document processes and account setup.
• Contribute to improving client experience with templates, SOPs, and reporting.
