Qualifications

• Experience coordinating client services or accounting support.
• Experience supporting Australian accounting or professional services firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Track and schedule all client work, know status, owners, and risks.
• Manage multiple deadlines, raise issues early when needed.
• Communicate with clients clearly, warmly, and proactively.
• Manage document flow and keep workspace in order.
• Coordinate lodgements, company reviews, incorporations, and trusts with Australian team.
• Own and improve firm systems and workflows as we scale.
• Maintain databases with high accuracy at all times.
