Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a highly organized Client Service Coordinator to bridge Australian accounting firms with Philippine teams. You will own onboarding workflows, ensure compliance lodgments, and drive proactive communication, while handling corporate secretarial tasks to keep entities in good standing.

The role requires 2–5 years in an Australian accounting environment, with strong English skills and experience with practice management tools.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Australian compliance landscapes and client service expectations.
• Experience supporting Australian accounting firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate onboarding workflows and compliance documentation.
• Proactively manage reminders, document follow-ups, and project updates for clients.
• Handle corporate secretarial duties including ASIC functions and digital lodgments.
• Monitor WIP and billing statuses; coordinate with Australian accountants to optimize productivity.
