Chronos Agency is seeking a Client Strategist / Retention Marketing Strategist to lead data-driven retention initiatives for client accounts. You will own strategy, guide a client delivery pod, and optimize campaigns to maximize performance and retention.

The role focuses on client-facing strategy, ongoing optimization, and ensuring a high-quality client experience. Remote work is available, with a strong emphasis on analytics, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own account performance against retention KPIs and revenue forecasts.
• Develop and prioritise strategic retention plans with clients.
• Lead a pod: Activations Specialist, Designer, Copywriter with clear briefs.
• Communicate performance insights and drive client relationships.
• Ensure copy, creative and flows align with brand and strategy.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services based on client needs.
