Job summary

RecruitGo is hiring a Proposal Manager to lead government and commercial proposals in the clean-energy space. You will coordinate technical, program, finance, sales, and leadership to craft compliant, persuasive submissions, translate complex information, and develop win themes.

Responsibilities include end-to-end proposal management, scheduling, and content development across technical, management, pricing, and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in proposal development or management.
• Experience developing government and/or commercial proposals.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills.
• Experience managing multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Strong project coordination and deadline management.
• Cross-functional experience with sales, program, finance, marketing, and SMEs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe PDF.
• Understanding of clean energy or sustainability.
• Ability to work effectively across U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals end to end from review through submission.
• Develop proposal schedules, work plans, and timelines.
• Coordinate activities across sales, program, finance, and leadership.
• Manage multiple pursuits under tight deadlines.
• Maintain version control and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and formatting.
• Translate technical content into clear proposal material.
• Develop win themes based on client needs and capabilities.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and final production.
