Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking a Solution Architect to design program-level solutions for large-scale public-sector and utility clean-energy programs. You will translate client requirements and RFP specs into practical designs covering DER, solar + storage, EV programs, and EV charging infrastructure.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, developing delivery models, and collaborating with finance and program teams to align scope, pricing, and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution development, program design, engineering, energy, infrastructure, or utility-related environments.
• Working knowledge of solar/DER, solar + battery storage, EVs, EV charging infrastructure.
• Experience designing large-scale programs or operational solutions.
• Understanding of clean energy and sustainability concepts.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical program solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs and client requirements to identify technical and operational needs.
• Design program-level solutions for DER, solar, storage, EV programs, and EV charging infrastructure.
• Develop program delivery models: staffing structures, workflows, technology requirements, incentives processing, customer support.
• Develop technical approaches addressing client requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with finance and program teams to develop scope and pricing inputs.
• Ensure solutions align with budgets and implementation requirements.
• Validate technical approaches with subject matter experts.
