Job summary

Qualifications include at least five years managing a claims team, strong analytical abilities, and excellent English and Filipino communication.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in managing the claims team and achieving targets.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and reporting systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the claims team to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Ensure compliant processing with data governance and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
• Escalate complex cases and provide guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Compliance, Finance, and other units.
