Job summary

Hireframe is seeking a highly skilled PSO Technical Project Engineer to lead end-to-end onboarding and deployment of customer communication platforms. You will configure CCaaS and UCaaS systems, manage ongoing client implementations, and bridge technical work with strong client-facing communication.

You will coordinate with internal teams, document processes, and guide clients through go-live and post-launch support.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCaaS/UCaaS platforms such as Zoom, Five9, Genesys, Dialpad, or similar.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, telephony setup, and call flow design.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and technical implementation workflows.
• Background in SaaS onboarding, technical consulting, or implementation engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects (30–90 days) from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Own and manage 1–2 concurrent client implementations depending on workload.
• Conduct project scoping, requirements gathering, and solution design with clients.
• Configure and deploy CCaaS/UCaaS platforms such as Zoom, Five9, Genesys, or Dialpad.
• Manage technical setup including porting numbers, routing, provisioning, and UAT testing.
• Support integrations and configuration of APIs and connected systems where applicable.
• Facilitate client onboarding sessions, training, and workshops.
• Serve as primary contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate with IT, project managers, and support teams to ensure delivery.
• Ensure smooth transition to vendor support post go-live.
• Create and maintain implementation docs, onboarding guides, and playbooks.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot deployments, and propose real-time solutions.
