Outsourced.ph is a leading ISO certified Philippines offshore outsourcing company that provides dedicated remote staff to international clients. We seek a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team, focusing on Canadian tax compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting while managing multiple engagements.

This role offers a remote setup with a night shift aligning 8 am–12 pm EST and 9 pm–1 am Manila Time.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in private company public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian corporate and personal taxation.
• Experience with trust and partnership taxation is an asset.
• Proven experience preparing and finalizing corporate financial statements.
• Experience dealing with CRA audits and inquiries.
• Strong knowledge of CRA Online Services.
• Sound judgment handling confidential information.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and make sound recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tax returns, including T1, T2, and T3, as well as related tax and regulatory forms such as T4, T5, HST, EHT, and WSIB.
• Prepare and finalize corporate Financial Compilation Reports.
• Perform bookkeeping activities, including:
• Bank reconciliations
• Calculation of depreciation
• Income tax accruals
• Reconciliation of inter-company accounts
• Assist clients with various tax matters, including responding to CRA inquiries and supporting CRA audits or reviews.
• Manage multiple client engagements efficiently, prioritizing workloads and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to internal workflow management and collaborate with the tax team, providing guidance and support where needed.
• Proactively identify and resolve engagement issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential financial and tax information.
