TOA Global Pty is seeking a US Senior Tax Accountant in the Philippines for a fully remote, fulltime role. The candidate will oversee complex U.S. federal/state tax returns, tax planning, and IRS liaison duties while collaborating with North American teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of U.S. tax experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred), and strong Excel and UltraTax skills. This role offers a 100% remote setup and night-shift scheduling to align with US time zones.

Formación

• 3–5 years of U.S. tax preparation experience mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Proficient with U.S. tax software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review complex U.S. federal and state tax returns (Individuals 1040, Partnerships 1065, S-Corps 1120S, C-Corps 1120, Trusts/Estates 1041).
• Assist with forward-looking tax planning, projections, and estimated payments.
• Respond to IRS/state notices and liaise with clients to resolve issues.
• Collaborate using UltraTax, QuickBooks Online, and Qount in a cloud-based environment.
• Translate tax concepts into clear information for clients and stakeholders.
