As a player-coach, you will balance frontline resolution with coaching, mentor direct reports, and drive process improvements to raise customer satisfaction and KPIs. You will also onboard new specialists and contribute to ongoing team development.

• Experience in high-level customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer queries via email, chat, and phone.
• Lead and coach the Buyer Support team to improve customer satisfaction and KPIs.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Assist in creating documentation for internal processes and onboarding of new specialists.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment and professional development.
