Job summary

D2B is seeking a commercially sharp Business Development Manager to drive pipeline generation and close deals live on Zoom for our AI subscription platform.

You will own end-to-end sales within GoHighLevel, prospect and follow up multi-channel, demo clients, handle objections, and capture onboarding details. You will sell to SMBs, solopreneurs, coaches, and service-based leaders, with post-sale handover to Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in B2B or B2C high-ticket sales or business development.
• Full-funnel capability: prospect, discovery, and close independently.
• Excellent verbal and written English; comfortable guiding owners to decisive buying actions.
• Experience with sales workflows and CRMs; GoHighLevel is a strong preference.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline and close deals live via Zoom for the AI subscription platform.
• Conduct multi-channel outbound and inbound outreach; book demos and perform discoveries.
• Run live product demonstrations, handle objections, and close using fixed pricing frameworks.
• Maintain clean CRM records, track metrics, and forecast pipeline with GoHighLevel analytics.
• Deliver smooth handovers to Customer Success and identify upsell opportunities.
