The role emphasizes CRM maintenance, KPI tracking, budgeting support, and documentation of requirements for system updates within Dynamics 365 Sales and Financial modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience as a business analyst or in business operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Financial modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; CRM administration and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and operational data to identify gaps and improvements.
• Support CRM administration and day-to-day use of Dynamics 365 modules.
• Maintain data quality, user support, and basic configuration of the CRM.
• Track KPIs and develop operational and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities.
