Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in US-focused bookkeeping.
• Experience with GL accounts and financial documentation.
• Strong reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter accounts payable data and code invoices to GL accounts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.
• Manage credit card transactions using Expensify and allocate to GL.
• Prepare clear notes on invoice allocations and end-of-day reports.
