A Bookkeeper is sought to maintain financial records, process daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and support financial reporting in a hybrid Manila-based role. The candidate will work with the Finance Manager to ensure data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements while benefiting from a collaborative environment and growth

Qualifications

• Recognized qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Finance, or at least 5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience using Xero accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications.
• Experience in account reconciliation, supplier invoice processing, and revenue reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Foodhub or Ezzybills is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized financial records using accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Process supplier invoices accurately using Xero and verify invoice details.
• Reconcile daily sales and revenue transactions with Xero records and bank deposits.
• Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and periodic financial reports.
