Outsourced.ph is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team in a hybrid work setup in the Philippines. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, processing day-to-day transactions, and reconciling accounts to support efficient operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager, prepare financial reports, and contribute to process improvements. Experience with Xero and related systems is required.

Qualificações

• Recognized bookkeeping/Accounting qualification or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge using Xero accounting software.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in account reconciliation and supplier invoice processing.
• Familiarity with Foodhub or Ezzybills is highly desirable.
• Restaurant/Hospitality or QSR sector experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Perform regular account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized records across accounting software.
• Process supplier invoices using Xero.
• Reconcile daily sales and revenue with records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
