Outsourced.ph in Manila seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join its finance team. You will maintain accurate records, process daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare periodic reports to support efficient operations.

You will collaborate with the Finance Manager to ensure data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements. Prior Xero experience and 5+ years in bookkeeping are highly regarded.

Formación

• Recognized qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or at least 5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience using Xero accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Experience in account reconciliation, supplier invoice processing, revenue reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with Foodhub, Ezzybills, or similar systems is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately record and maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Maintain organized financial records using accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently using Xero, and verify details.
• Reconcile daily sales transactions and revenue with accounting records and bank deposits.
