Job summary

Clear Admin People is seeking Bookkeepers (Level 1) to join a remote team serving Australian clients from diverse industries. You will complete training and contribute to accurate financial records in a cloud-based environment.

You will handle transactional bookkeeping, payroll processing, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and high accuracy. A flexible, work-from-home role with competitive benefits awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• An accounting or finance-related degree required or fresh graduates with strong English.
• Experience with cloud-based bookkeeping tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with standard accounting principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions in client bookkeeping systems.
• Assist supervisors in preparing financial reports.
• Process invoices and purchase orders accurately.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare year-end GST with ATO documentation.
• Prepare BAS and IAS lodgements to the ATO and handle payroll processing.
