Job summary

Wing is seeking a Bookkeeper to start immediately in a remote role. The position focuses on managing vendor contracts, receivables, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of international client bookkeeping experience and strong English communication skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Asana is expected, with a preference for familiarity with US taxation.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients.
Knowledge of US Taxation is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices.
Proficient with MS Office including Word/Excel.
Familiarity with cloud services and VoIP tech.

Responsibilities

Monitor contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, banks, tenants, contractors, municipalities, etc.
Perform accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking.
Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis.
Manage data entry and oversee bank reconciliation process.
Gather data for the preparation of monthly reports to track company financials.
Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.
Maintain strict confidentiality of company books and records.
