Job summary

GAL Development is seeking a BOH Technical Staff to provide back-of-house technical support, diagnose and resolve issues, monitor system performance, and document resolutions. The role requires on-site presence to address daily technical needs and collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to maintain service quality.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, experience in technical support for buildings, infrastructure, and sustainable energy environments, and good documentation

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Technical Support experience in buildings, infrastructure, and sustainable energy environments.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and users.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Basic knowledge of EPC, Turn-Key, Life Cycle, Pre and Post Contract and office software tools.
• Willingness to work online and support a fast-paced operational environment.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a back-of-house or technical support role within consulting, services, or related industries is an advantage.
