Job summary

TaxValet — Fractional Sales Tax Department is seeking a Billing Operations Specialist for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. This position is responsible for managing client billing operations, invoicing, and subscriptions within Zoho Billing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Compensation includes a monthly salary of 56,199 PHP and generous benefits such as 43 days off per year.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience using Zoho Billing or a similar subscription and invoicing platform.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and financial processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Create client profiles in Zoho and set up subscriptions.
• Issue invoices, create credit notes, and manage refunds.
• Maintain accurate payment records and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations of billing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing concerns.
