Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced business intelligence analyst to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role is fully remote, with flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, and pays $80 per hour.

You will build dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders, using SQL and a BI tool to turn raw data into decision-ready narratives. Start ASAP and collaborate with a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
