Job summary

Ethos is seeking a business intelligence manager to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build and refine dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data-driven narratives for stakeholders.

The role focuses on executive KPI dashboards, monthly performance decks, ad hoc SQL pulls, data quality checklists, metric glossaries, and self-serve reporting templates. Fully remote, 5–20 hours weekly, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building BI dashboards, KPI reporting and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in SQL and a BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into decision-ready narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop executive KPI dashboards and monthly performance decks, plus ad hoc SQL data pulls and data quality checklists.
